This comet will start to be visible in a few days. It’s just reached perihelion today and should be coming up north enough to be visible in the northern hemisphere at Sunset in the next few days.

My son can not wait to get signed up for star fleet. He found out that he can go to the academy and there are subjects that he is interested in. The best part are they are free online or via the email. This is going to make homeschooling easier for some of his lessons.

Star Trek: Excalibur
Star Trek: Excalibur takes place after the events of "The Ultimate Computer". After the disastrous M-5 Trials the USS Excalibur has been repaired and refit and given a new crew. Donations to help with the production can be made via Paypal using the address excalibur@startrekexcalibur.org

USS Zavala NCC-100101 (SFI): Lots of stuff to give out and talk about. Bring money for food et al. The captain is ordering a pot of coffee for the meeting. Bring your laptop if you have one! The captain is going to install the full version of Artemis on 5 more laptops if you want it for the Artemis tourney at Owlcon.
